I am a recent law school graduate and am currently studying for the bar before I begin my federal clerkship. I graduated from Northwetern Pritzker School of Law in May 2021 and received my B.A. in political science and journalism from the University of Mary Washington in 2015. Before law school, I spent the past three years working at a law firm and for a labor movement organization (while studying for the LSAT and applying to law school, of course)! While at UMW I led the university student newspaper and worked at our Communication Center where I tutored in public speaking, writing, interview prep and presentation prep. Throughout my time there I was promoted to Lead, where I trained other tutors and assisted in classroom curriculum. I tutor in writing, essay editing and reading comprehension. I also tutor in some law school courses, political science/government courses in American History. I love working with students, specifically working with students on subject confidence and independent learning goals!
