Pass “GO” and collect money management skills to last a lifetime with Monopoly. From banking basics to entrepreneurship, learn what it takes to start a business in this interactive and fun gamified experience.

Weekly Classes

In this program, learners will meet weekly with an expert instructor and small group of peers to explore economic topics through discussions and gamified Monopoly simulations.

Live Member-Only Events

Students will participate in exclusive live Members-Only events with financial experts and business professors to learn about personal finance, entrepreneurship, and investment.

Money Matters Entrepreneur Challenge

What better way to learn about business than to become an entrepreneur? Students can participate in a summer challenge and design their very own business!

Weekly Live Class Topics:

Week One: Monopoly Explains Economics

This week, students will explore the mechanics of business, finance, and budgeting as they learn how their favorite Monopoly strategies apply to real-life business principles.

Week Two: Entrepreneurship

Week two, students will explore entrepreneurship as they run property businesses and the Monopoly dice take a backseat to pricing, marketing, and customer service strategies.

Week Three: Personal Finance & Budgeting

This week, students will learn all about budgeting, savings, income, and expenses by paying rent, saving for purchases, making their Pass-Go salary last an entire lap, and proposing “house rules” to improve their economic outcomes.

Week Four: Marketing & Consumer Savvy

Using their own Monopoly properties, students will learn to think critically as consumers, as they explore the tools that businesses use to steer customers toward decisions.

Week Five: Investment & Finance

Students spend this week exploring the world of big business as “house rules” bring a stock market to the Monopoly board, all while learning about investment, finance, and the power of compound interest.

Week Six: Avoiding Money Mistakes

Week six, students will explore how to avoid the big mistakes that many make while navigating the world of finance.
