I was born in and spent most of my life in Houston; I spent my high-school years at the Awty International School and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in mathematics. Since college I've worked in healthcare IT and in local government, and I'm currently applying for law school. I'm a quiet, patient type who likes working on tough problems and watching students grow in competence and confidence.
