I am a strong believer in the learning process as trial and error. Making mistakes on the way to learning new concepts is expected and no individual should ever be ashamed of asking questions to better understand subject matter.
I encourage curiosity to understand the "why" behind learning fundamentals. I hope to demonstrate to students that mathematics is an exciting subject area with a variety of applications in their day-to-day lives.
