I am driven by a deep passion for fostering academic and personal growth in students. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Criminology at the University of Texas at Dallas, I have over 2 years of tutoring experience across various subjects, including AP English Language and Composition, World History, and Spanish. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive environment where students feel safe to ask questions and learn from their mistakes. I aim to simplify complex material through relatable examples and encourage critical thinking, helping students build confidence in their abilities. Witnessing their progress and newfound enthusiasm for learning is what motivates me most as an educator.

Beyond academics, my interests and hobbies have shaped who I am and how I connect with others. Sports have always been a big part of my life as I played soccer, ran track and field, and practiced taekwondo. These experiences taught me resilience, focus, and the value of teamwork. I also enjoy baking and cooking, which allow me to be creative and share the results with family and friends, turning something simple into a meaningful experience. Reading is another passion of mine because it gives me the chance to explore new perspectives and continue learning outside the classroom. Together, these activities balance discipline with creativity and give me different ways to relate to students, whether it is using sports to explain persistence, sharing a story that sparks curiosity, or encouraging kids to find joy in the small victories of learning.
