I earned my Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh, where I developed a passion for teaching and mentoring students. I have served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for courses including Human Physiology, Foundations of Biology Lab, and Organic Chemistry, leading review sessions, answering questions, and helping students break down challenging concepts. In addition, I volunteer as a tutor with UPchieve, where I support students in college preparation and biology, providing real-time academic help to learners from diverse backgrounds. I have also mentored pre-med students at Pitt and worked with Research Girl to guide women and non-binary individuals navigating research opportunities.

My background has prepared me to support students across a variety of subjects, from core sciences to test preparation, while helping them build strong study habits and problem-solving skills. I focus on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in their abilities. My goal is to help students not only master content but also grow into independent, curious learners.
