As a passionate tutor with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri, I am dedicated to fostering a love for learning in my students. With over 1 year of experience, I specialize in Creative Writing, Elementary and Middle School Reading and Writing, as well as Essay Editing. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive environment where students feel confident to express their ideas and develop their skills. I believe that every student has unique strengths, and my goal is to help them discover and harness these abilities. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy writing and spending time outdoors.
