As a passionate educator with a Bachelor's in Professional Media from the University of Central Oklahoma, I bring over 2 years of tutoring experience in subjects ranging from elementary to high school English and creative writing. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel empowered to express themselves and develop their skills. I believe in tailoring my approach to meet each student's unique needs, encouraging creativity and critical thinking. My enthusiasm for literature and writing drives my commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals. I enjoy spending quality time with my family, including my loving husband, our son, and our two dogs. I also love meeting new people and exploring new places through travel. A fun karaoke night is always a favorite, and I’m currently learning to cook. Staying active is important to me, and I especially enjoy visiting beach towns across the U.S.
