As a dedicated Career and Technical Education (CTE) professional with a Master's degree in Education from the University of Toledo and over five years of tutoring and classroom experience, I am passionate about empowering students through practical, career-focused education. I have taught a variety of subjects, including Adult ESL/ELL, Basic Computer Literacy, and Public Speaking, and I strive to create engaging learning experiences that foster critical thinking and digital literacy. My teaching philosophy centers around aligning students' skills and interests with relevant training, ensuring they are job-ready upon graduation. I founded Cell Energy LLC., a workforce development initiative aimed at equipping youth ages 14 to 24 with essential skills and certifications, helping them navigate the evolving job market. I believe that by nurturing each student's unique potential, we can prepare them to face future challenges and succeed in their careers.
