I am a licensed, 20-year veteran educator with a deep passion for helping students see the power and possibility in math. With a Bachelor's in Mathematics from Winston-Salem State University and a Master's from East Carolina University, I've served as a teacher, instructional coach, and school administrator across grades 512. I'm committed to reaching every learner through scaffolds, visuals, technology, and real-world connections. Whether teaching in the classroom or leading hands-on STEM camps in the summer, I use humor, creativity, and a student-centered approach to make learning engaging and meaningful. Seeing students grow in confidence and curiosity is what drives my work every day.
