As a passionate tutor with a Bachelor's degree in progress in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment for my students. With experience at Mathnasium, I have developed a keen understanding of how different students process information, particularly in subjects like Algebra and Elementary Math. My teaching philosophy emphasizes personalized instruction, utilizing various methods to cater to individual learning styles. I believe in making complex concepts accessible, often incorporating tangible tools and real-world applications to enhance understanding. I am particularly motivated by the joy of seeing students succeed and build confidence in their abilities. In addition to my tutoring experience, I have also volunteered as an English teaching assistant in Italy, further enriching my approach to education. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy exploring languages and cultures, which informs my teaching style and helps me connect with students on a personal level.
