As a passionate tutor with a Bachelor's in Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I bring a strong foundation in math and science, particularly in Algebra, Calculus, and Earth Science. My recent experience as a math tutor at a local middle school has honed my ability to connect with students, fostering a comfortable and supportive learning environment. I believe that building rapport is essential for effective tutoring, allowing students to feel at ease when asking questions. My enthusiasm for teaching stems from a genuine love for the subjects and a desire to help students succeed academically. In addition to my academic background, I have also gained valuable interpersonal skills through my work as a lifeguard manager, which further enhances my ability to engage with students of all ages.

In my free time I enjoy walking, swimming, sitting outside, listening to music, singing, and dancing!
