As lifelong learner with a BS in Biomedical Engineering, MS in Business Administration, and MS in Exercise Science, I am passionate about helping students understand subjects like Anatomy & Physiology, Biomechanics, Exercise Science, and Performance Psychology. I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of learners, from middle school students to adults in corporate settings. My teaching approach prioritizes assessing individual learning styles and tailoring my methods accordingly. I aim to inspire the next generation of learners by drawing from my background as a collegiate athlete, US Air Force veteran, personal trainer, and crash test dummy engineer to help bridge the gap between academic learning and real-life application.
