As a licensed clinical social worker with a Doctorate in Social Work from The University of Alabama, I am passionate about empowering adult learners, particularly those preparing for their social work licensure exams. I also enjoy working with students that need help with preparing for a variety of standardized tests, including the GED, SAT, and ACT. I tailor my approach to meet individual learning styles, ensuring that each session is engaging and effective. My background in working with diverse populations, including clients with ADHD and autism, has equipped me with unique insights into the challenges students face. I believe in fostering a supportive environment where students feel confident and motivated to succeed. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading and exploring new educational resources, which further enrich my teaching practice.
