As a passionate tutor with a focus on English language arts, I strive to create a supportive and engaging learning environment for my students. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science at Sam Houston State University, I have experience assisting peers in various subjects, especially in English and writing. My approach is student-centered; I adapt my teaching style to meet individual needs, often demonstrating concepts through examples to help students grasp challenging material. I believe that effective communication is key to understanding, and I work to build strong connection with my students. Whether helping with elementary reading or high school essays, my goal is to empower each student to achieve their academic potential while fostering a love for learning. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and exploring new writing techniques, which further enriches my tutoring practice.
