Hi! My name is Naina Waghray, and I am a recent grad from Rutgers University. I have a degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Cognitive Science. With experience in tutoring high school students in subjects such as biology, chemistry, and algebra, I have developed a teaching style centered on adaptability and strong communication. I believe in creating structured yet flexible lesson plans that cater to students' individual needs, fostering an environment where curiosity is encouraged and questions are welcomed. My leadership experience as president of the Hub City Track Club has honed my interpersonal skills, enabling me to connect effectively with my students. I am passionate about helping students navigate their academic challenges and achieve success, drawing from my own learning experiences that emphasize the importance of understanding and inquiry.

I have been an avid runner since the 4th grade, and I ran cross country and track throughout high school and college. This sport has brought me the best of friends and has become a huge passion of mine! I also enjoy reading and writing in my spare time.
