Certified Tutor

As an educator with over five decades of experience, I am passionate about fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment. I hold a Master's degree in Education from the University of Pittsburgh and am certified to teach in Pennsylvania. My teaching experience spans a variety of subjects, including Elementary School English, Reading, Writing, and Middle School Social Studies. I take pride in my student-centered approach, tailoring my methods to meet the unique needs of each child, particularly those with learning disabilities. I find great fulfillment in witnessing my students' progress and believe that learning should be engaging and relevant. Outside of teaching, I enjoy exploring history and indulging in creative writing, both of which enrich my lessons and inspire my students.
