As a dedicated educator with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Saint Louis University, I have over two years of tutoring experience alongside more than five years in classroom settings. My passion lies in fostering literacy and communication skills, particularly in subjects such as Adult Literacy, College English, and High School Writing. I believe in tailoring my teaching approach to meet individual student needs, breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps to ensure they feel successful and confident. My experience teaching at various universities and in corporate environments has equipped me to effectively engage diverse learners. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters, which enhances my understanding of the challenges students face in both elementary and middle school. I am committed to helping students achieve their academic goals while nurturing their love for learning.
