Hi, my name is Lucy Wess and I am currently in my final year of law school at The Catholic University of America and I have a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Maryland. I have over five years of experience tutoring students in English, essay writing, reading comprehension, SAT Writing, and Language. My journey began in high school and evolved through roles as a teaching assistant and writing center tutor at the University of Maryland, where I honed my ability to connect with diverse learners. I believe in tailoring my approach to each student's unique needs while fostering a supportive environment for learning. I am dedicated to helping students develop strong writing skills, as I see writing as a powerful tool for expression and success across several disciplines. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading and exploring legal writing, which further informs my tutoring practices.
