With a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Arizona State University, I have over 10 years of experience mentoring undergraduate and graduate students across various science and engineering disciplines, particularly in chemistry and materials engineering. My teaching philosophy revolves around fostering confidence and understanding through real-world applications; I strive to connect theoretical concepts to practical uses, encouraging students to ask questions about the relevance of their studies. I have experience in teaching labs and developing programs for interns, and my entrepreneurial background in scaling research technologies enhances my ability to illustrate the significance of material science in everyday applications.
