I am a molecular biology tutor. I have been a research scientist in the field of molecular biology for the past 4 years. I received my bachelors in biotechnology from the University of Central Florida and my masters in pharmaceutical sciences from North Carolina Central University. During my undergraduate and graduate schooling I provided peer tutoring and had the opportunity to mentor many students. I find that seeing students develop in their understanding of material is a deeply rewarding process. I have also had the opportunity to give lectures for undergraduate classes and on my research for which I have won multiple awards. I find the best way to help individuals learn is by teaching the story of the material so they understand the context and importance of the subject they wish to learn more about.
