As a passionate advocate for the earth sciences, I am dedicated to helping students understand the relevance of these subjects in their everyday lives. I hold a Master's degree in Geoscience from West Chester University, where I also earned my Bachelor's in Geoscience with an Earth Systems Concentration. With over two years of experience assisting undergraduate students in subjects such as environmental geology and advanced meteorology, I utilize a student-centered approach that emphasizes understanding each learner's background and building on their knowledge. My goal is to make complex concepts, like plate tectonics and hydrogeology, accessible and engaging. I believe that fostering curiosity about the natural world can inspire students to appreciate and address critical environmental issues. In my free time, I enjoy exploring geological formations and staying updated on scientific advancements, which further fuels my enthusiasm for teaching.
