I love helping students realize that they're more capable than they may give themselves credit for. Over the years, I've supported learners of all kinds - from those who need a boost in confidence to those looking to level up their skills and push ahead. My background includes over 25 years of classroom teaching, academic coaching, curriculum development, and tutoring.

I specialize in all Math subjects and test prep. Statistics is, by far, my favorite to support. I like the logic of Statistics and find it to be the most practical of all of the Math subjects I've taught. No matter which subject I'm assisting with, I always start with building trust. I believe learning works best when students feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and try again. If you're struggling, I'll break things down in a way that makes sense. If you're ready for a challenge, I'll stretch your thinking and keep it engaging.

I earned my B.S. (Mathematics) and M.Ed (Secondary Math Education - Statistics focus) from Georgia State University. I've worked with students from K-12 and post-secondary. I'm also experienced in working with students with varying learning styles and abilities. Whether we're brushing up on basics or digging into tricky problems, I'll meet you where you are and help you move forward.

Outside of tutoring, I enjoy writing, gardening, and supporting my community. I bring the same spirit to every session - calm, clear, and ready to help you win!
