I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Chemistry at Stony Brook University. As an undergrad, I was a head teaching assistant (TA) at my school for the advanced organic chemistry sequence which has over 200 students. Even before that however, I've been tutoring organic chemistry since high school, and I believe that it does not have to be as scary as it is made out to be.

I have experience teaching high school students and college students alike, both in groups and individually. My teaching style consists of an emphasis on practice problems because organic chemistry is full of exceptions, and the only way to truly be prepared for all the exceptions is to have seen them before, so I believe that is the best way to learn organic chemistry.
