I am currently a Biology major on a nursing track at Alabama A&M University with a passion for both the sciences and literature. My leadership experience as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and Mu Alpha Theta, the Math Honor Society, has strengthened my communication and organizational skills, which I bring to my tutoring efforts.
With over 95 volunteer hours, I served as Team Leader for the 6th Grade Tutoring Team and Secretary for the College Students Volunteer Program. These roles involved guiding students through difficult material and managing tutoring logistics. Additionally, I have years of experience tutoring both officially and unofficially, developing a flexible teaching approach that adapts to individual learning styles.
I'm dedicated to helping students succeed in their academic journeys, whether in science, literature, or building confidence in their abilities. I look forward to making a meaningful impact on students' education through tutoring.

Some of my interests include animals, sewing, designing, crocheting, chess, and reading. I have 2 pets, a dog and an albino leopard gecko, as well as chickens and a pig. A fun fact about me is I've competed in state-wide chess competitions when I was in 5th grade.
