I am currently pursuing a degree in Finance with a minor in Spanish at Brigham Young University. I am passionate about helping students experience the "click" momentthat spark of confidence when a difficult concept makes sense all of the sudden! During COVID, I worked five hours a day, five days a week tutoring students in their online schoolwork, which taught me the value of patience, adaptability, and encouragement.
I specialize in tutoring Spanish and Algebra. After studying Spanish for five years and living in Uruguay for over a year and a halfspeaking Spanish every dayI developed a deep love for the language. I also enjoy tutoring Algebra because it plays such an important role in my finance studies, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel when it doesn't come naturally. My goal is always to break things down clearly and make learning enjoyable!
Outside of academics, I'm passionate about sportsboth playing and watchingand I love spending time outdoors. Whether it's hiking, camping, or enjoying the beach back home in Southern California, I believe in staying active and balanced. I also enjoy traveling and discovering new perspectives wherever I go.

I enjoy playing all sports, especially basketball, which I grew up playing and still love today. I'm also a big fan of watching sports of all kinds. Growing up in Southern California, I spent a lot of time at the beach, and since moving to Utah, I’ve developed a love for skiing, hiking, and camping. I also enjoy traveling and spending time with my friends and family. I’m close with my brother and two sisters, and I always love spending time with them as well as with my parents.
