I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Biology and a B.A in Romance languages with a concentration in Hispanic Linguistics. During my time at UNC, I mentored my peers as an undergraduate learning assistant for organic chemistry whilst also volunteering to tutor middle school age students. I learned along the way that the best way to learn is to make mistakes. Sometimes we have to discover where we go wrong to understand what we do know. My aim as a tutor is to create a space where I can work with my tutees to not only build the knowledge base, but their confidence!

Offline, I love to relax at home by crocheting, reading, or binge-watching a new show. There always seems to be more yarn and books in my place than I need! I also enjoy playing pick-up soccer or basketball depending on the season. On the weekend, you can usually find me trialing new cafes and lattes whilst catching up with friends.
