I am a teacher and researcher with 9 years of experience teaching students from around the world. I've tutored and mentored high school students, taught college courses, and helped students prepare for standardized tests and apply to college.

I cover a range of civics and social studies topics and specialize in comparative politics, international relations, democracy, and conflict resolution. Since 2016, I've tutored high school students on civics, history, and writing, and worked coached them on their applications to college. At Tufts University, I've taught over 180 students from around the world on topics including comparative politics (e.g. democracies and elections), conflict and conflict resolution, and geopolitics. Students have given my classes a 95+% satisfaction rate.

I hold a PhD and MA in International Relations with a concentration in Comparative Politics from The Fletcher School at Tufts University. I'm also a graduate of the College of William & Mary where I earned my BA in International Relations. Prior to becoming a researcher and teacher, I worked for a peacebuilding organization in Nigeria working to end violent conflict.
