Currently pursuing a degree in Economics at Hanover College, there has been a strong foundation in problem-solving, critical thinking, and analysis. Interacting with students of multiple grade levels and learning styles has created a love for helping them become confident in areas previously thought to be inaccessible.

Mathematics, Economics, Social Studies, and general study skills are what I teach mostly. Economics is the most popular subject since it helps students understand what is happening around them and improves logical thinking. Complex ideas are simplified with real-life examples and usable descriptions, thus the content being rendered more accessible.

My tutoring approach is patient, adaptable, and student-focused. Emphasis is placed on reaching each student where they are and allowing them to develop at their own pace. A warm space is provided where students are encouraged to ask questions, make errors, and gain confidence.

Hobbies

In my free time, I'm also very interested in photography, where I get to capture moments that talk. I also enjoy traveling to new places, whether close or distant, because I enjoy immersing myself in new cultures and the unique perspectives they have to offer. Social justice is a passion of mine, and I enjoy learning more about the issues that shape our world and how I can play a role in creating positive change. One of my other favorite hobbies is thrifting. There's something exciting about finding gems while supporting sustainability. I also appreciate making coffee, experimenting with new brews, and enjoying good conversation with friends and family. Music is always a part of my day, with musicians like Olivia Dean setting the mood. Each of these hobbies has a place in how I live and learn, embracing creativity, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for life.
