Certified Tutor

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at Tulane University, where I am also a Division I swimmer. Balancing academics with athletics has taught me discipline, time management, and resiliencequalities I bring into every tutoring session. I began tutoring after years of helping classmates and friends in school, always motivated by the moment when something finally clicks. That spark of understanding is incredibly rewarding and continues to drive my passion for working with students.

While I tutor various subjects, I specialize in math, finance, and economics, and I particularly enjoy helping students with problem-solving and analytical thinking. My favorite subject to tutor is math, as I find its logical structure both challenging and deeply satisfying. Watching a student go from frustration to confidence in a subject they once struggled with is an experience I never tire of.

My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and adaptive. I focus on building a solid foundation and tailoring each session to the student's individual learning style. I believe in creating a space where students feel comfortable asking questions and thinking out loud where learning becomes a conversation rather than a lecture.

Outside of academics, I am passionate about athletics, personal development, and exploring the intersection of psychology and finance. Whether it's training in the pool or diving into a new book, I'm always looking for ways to growand I love helping others do the same.
