Critical care nurse with 20+ years of experience in nursing. I graduated with my Bachelor's in Nursing as a Gold Medalist in 2001 and earned my MSN degree in Nursing Informatics from Walden University in the year 2019. I also hold Board Certification in Cardiovascular Nursing (CV-BC) as well as Critical Care Registered Nurse Certification (CCRN). I strongly believe that a good foundation in nursing subjects along with critical thinking skills is essential to pass the nursing exam and be successful in nursing career. I have experience in teaching new grads in nursing, teaching critical care skills for nursing staff in hospital setting as a nurse educator. I love teaching and my joy comes when I know my students have mastered the concept and are able to put that into practice.

My nursing subjects of teaching interest are anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, pathophysiology, nursing and adult systems.

My hobbies and passion include singing in the choir at church, camping with family and friends, biking and cooking.
