Certified Tutor

I hold a Bachelor of Science with a major in English and writing from Eastern Oregon University. I am also working toward a Master of Fine Arts with a focus on Creative writing through the same university.

I am most passionate about descriptive nature of creative writing. However, I do also enjoy analytical, persuasive and critical writing. Many of my papers my literature courses involved character analysis, or the comparison of storyline, characters and even authors of two or more works.

My goal as a tutor is to help my tutees improve their writing skills. Outside of tutoring, I am active as a trainer in a nationwide organization where I teach and mentor both youth and adult volunteers. Additionally, I am the community liaison for the English club at a local community College.
