Certified Tutor

I'm currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in Sociology with a minor in Economics at Queen's University. I've always enjoyed helping others understand concepts in a way that actually clicks, whether that's walking a classmate through a theory or tutoring younger students informally which taught me how to adapt my style depending on the student's pace and confidence level.

I'm comfortable tutoring a wide range of subjects, including English, history, social studies, economics, and general math and science. I especially enjoy working with students on social sciences and humanities because these subjects open up conversations and critical thinking in ways that are both personal and academic. My approach to tutoring is all about clarity and confidence. I break things down in a way that's simple, relatable, and helps students feel in control of the material.

Outside of academics, I love exploring new places, following music and pop culture, and learning about how people think and interact, which is probably why I love sociology so much. Whether a student needs help catching up, building study skills, or preparing for an exam, I'm here to meet them where they're at and help them move forward with confidence.
