Hi, I'm Mary! I'm a high-performance varsity volleyball athlete, youth volleyball coach, programmer, and social media manager. My journey has been shaped by my love for connecting with people, whether through sports, technology, or mentorship.
As a volleyball coach, I thrive on creating an environment where young athletes feel encouraged, challenged, and supported. I believe that sports are not just about skill development but also about fostering confidence, resilience, and teamworkvalues that extend far beyond the court.
Beyond coaching, my background as a crisis textline responder for Kids Help Phone has strengthened my ability to actively listen, provide thoughtful support, and communicate with empathy. These experiences have taught me the importance of meeting people where they are and helping them grow, whether it's in sports, academics, or personal development.
I also have experience in programming and social media management, which allow me to combine technical problem-solving with creativity. Whether it's building digital solutions or curating content that resonates with a community, I love bringing ideas to life in meaningful ways.
At my core, I am passionate, adaptable, and always eager to learn. I strive to create a positive impact wherever I go, helping others feel seen, supported, and capable of reaching their goals.
I look forward to the opportunity to share my knowledge and experiences with you!

Degree: Toronto Metropolitan University - Bachelor, Psychology
I have a deep passion for volleyball, both as a high-performance varsity athlete and a youth coach. I love the competitive nature of the sport, the teamwork it fosters, and the personal growth it encourages. Beyond volleyball, I enjoy programming and using technology to solve problems in creative ways. I also have a strong interest in mental health advocacy, which led me to volunteer as a crisis textline responder for Kids Help Phone. Helping others feel heard and supported is something I deeply value. Outside of my professional and athletic pursuits, I love spending time with my 2-year-old Cane Corso, Bowie, who is not only my loyal companion but also my Emotional Support Animal (ESA). I also enjoy reading gripping narratives inspired by real life, exploring social media trends, and watching sunsets—especially because they remind me of the people I care about.
