Hello! My name is Ms. Da Silva. I have been teaching students of all ages for over 20 years and I find it very rewarding. I am tutoring Earth Science, ESL English and all levels of Spanish. I have taught all these subjects at the middle and high school levels. I am also a Certified CHEF, so I can give you some tips on cooking and nutrition! I was born in the U.S., but I was raised in Brazil. When I returned to live in America at 12 years of age, I had to learn English. That process peaked my interest in languages and helping students like me learn how to communicate well and adapt to their new envirionment. I pursued that interest through college leading me to obtaining a degree in Spanish. Today, I am fluent in Portuguese (my native language), Spanish, and English. Based on my personal experience, I discovered that we can achieve anything we set our minds to. I am looking forward to meeting my students in this platform, hearing about your stories and learning together!
