I am an alumna of Wellesley College (BA in psychology and theatre) and the University of Essex (MFA in acting). I also have my health coaching certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I started tutoring violin and Latin to middle schoolers when I was in high school. Since then, I have switched my main subjects to public speaking, acting, and health and wellness. I believe everyone has the capacity to learn anything. What matters most is that they stay open to learning and that teachers have strong pedagogical skills to help usher them along the learning process and hopefully inspire them to keep going. Outside of academia, I love yoga, scuba diving, and traveling internationally.
