I have a master's degree in education. I have had two careers. First, I was a music teacher and that is where I learned to listen to my students to know what level to start to teach them. My second career is computer science. This is where I have done my best work because listening to my students, I am able to get on their level and move them up the ladder no matter what rung they are on. And for those just starting out building a very very strong foundation is the whole key to the education process. I learned early on that building a building with a weak foundation meant that you could only go one or two stories. A building with a very very strong foundation could go as high as a skyscraper. My students are all skyscrapers.
