"We are forever students in this game of life." This personal motto that I have coached myself by since graduating from Albany State University with my Bachelor of Arts degree in English (and minor degree in Mass Communication) has drawn me to be a passionate tutor in the creative writing arts.
From poetry to short story, from fictional scripts and energetic monologues I have always been drawn to the various forms of storytelling and how to express thoughts. From my time as a peer tutor and intern for various undergraduate and graduate professors at Albany State I have worked with a number of graduating high school level students, young adults, and even graduate level students with bringing out their best works; even when drafting scholarly essays. I focus heavily on ensuring that the basics of a student's writing are solid before we start trying to capture the essence of profound thoughts on paper; and from that beginning I work to bring out a student's best writing potential (even if they don't truly like writing the way that I do).
I am at my best when I am able to work on the subject areas of Poetry, Writing, Public Speaking, and even a little Shakespearean Literature once in a blue moon.

When I am not hard at work, I love playing basketball, swimming, surfing, training for 5Ks, 10Ks, long distance obstacle course races or my all time favorite, sitting in my favorite quiet space with a nice cup of hot chocolate and watching a really good anime show or movie. (My top 7 anime of all time are Code Geass, Mr. Villain's Day Off, Apothecary Diaries, Bleach, One Piece, Blue Lock, and Kiznaiver).
