I received my Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on tech support, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and a Master's Degree in Management Information Technology. I am now working on my second Master's Degree in Cybersecurity.
As an IT professional with over seven years of experience, I have honed my skills in project management, process optimization, and risk operations. My journey in the field of higher education spans three years, during which I have not only excelled as an IT professional but also engaged with incoming students and trained faculty and staff on various computer-related applications.
