Having graduated university with a studio arts degree, the arts as a whole are more ingrained in who I am more than simply what I do.

I delight in enhancing descriptive paragraphs by utilizing the English language to its fullest extent. I also enjoy fine-tuning essays to sound like their subject, whether it be an expository essay, persuasive speech, professional email, or narrative from first-person perspective (Percy Jackson anyone?)

My mind continually begs the question--can I make that? As a natural craftswoman, my sphere of experimentation continues to grow from drawing basics with various mediums to oil/acrylic painting, fiberworks (knitting; crochet), and oil pastels.

I am continuously enraptured by the ability of the arts to reach inside people and make connections that did not exist before. My study of the arts continues to change the way I see the world around me, and I am delighted to share my knowledge and expertise to help others connect, grow, and find joy in their work.

Ironically, Math plays a beautiful part in the arts by providing structure and logic, a different side of the same coin I like to say, with Algebra being my strong-suite.
