Math wasn't always my strongest subject, but everything changed when I committed to practicing and engaging with problems. With consistent effort and the right strategies, I not only improved but also developed a liking for the subject. This experience shapes my belief that every student can succeed when teaching is tailored to their needs, and I am dedicated to finding those personalized approaches to help students thrive.

As a tutor with experience in math at all levels, from algebra to calculus, I specialize in breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps that build understanding and confidence. I am currently in my last year of my Bachelor of Science program in Biomedical Engineering with minors in Mathematics and Chemistry at Virginia Commonwealth University.

My teaching philosophy is rooted in adaptability and support. By personalizing techniques and making challenging topics accessible, I help students not only improve their grades but also build lifelong confidence in their abilities.

Outside of tutoring, I love to read and work out when I need to relieve some stress. I am excited to help students transform their academic struggles into successes.
