My extensive classroom teaching experience, as a English Prime Elementary Teacher for twenty-one years, has enabled me to become a master at
curricula and therefore able to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
using a student-centered approach to learning. I use evidence of learning and current
pedagogy to inform practice, applying creative solutions to support children with
academic, varied learning styles and socio-emotional needs. I understand child and
language development.
During my career, I have welcomed many newcomers to my globally competent focused,
culturally inclusive classroom, many of whom have been EAL learners.
