I am passionate about helping students because I believe that education is not just about mastering subjectsit's about building confidence and curiosity that will serve them for a lifetime. I've always enjoyed working with students, whether it's helping younger family members with math or guiding high school peers through complex literary analysis. Seeing students achieve those "aha" moments motivates me to continue teaching, and I'm committed to helping each student reach their full potential.

I received my junior and senior year high school education during the COVID era, which gave me a unique perspective on learning. While I didn't take traditional standardized tests, I developed a strong academic foundation, especially in literature and math. I have a deep interest in tutoring these subjects because they offer the opportunity to develop both critical thinking and problem-solving skills. My favorite subject to tutor is AP Literature, where I help students unravel complex texts and themes, making classic works accessible and engaging. I also enjoy tutoring elementary and middle school math, where I focus on helping students build solid foundational skills in a fun and interactive way.

My teaching philosophy revolves around the idea that learning should be personalized and adaptable to each student's unique needs. I aim to create a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new concepts. I strive to make lessons engaging by using real-world examples and interactive tools that help students connect with the material.

Outside of tutoring, I enjoy staying active, experimenting with new recipes (especially healthy ones), and reading literature that enriches my understanding of the world. I'm excited to bring my passion for learning to every session and help my students thrive academically.
