Certified Tutor
As recent graduate with a Master's in Environmental Science from Baylor University and a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from UNT. I've always been fascinated by science in all its forms, from exploring cell biology and microbiology to diving into the complexities of evolutionary science and ecology. Science touches everything around us, and my goal is to make it both exciting and relatable for my students, no matter the topic.
Through my work, I've had the chance to dive into real-world scientific questions and share that excitement with others, whether through mentoring undergraduate and high school students or presenting my research to peers. I find it incredibly rewarding to help students build confidence and curiosity in science, making these topics approachable and relevant. Teaching is something I'm truly passionate aboutI love finding ways to connect science with everyday life, showing students the meaningful ways these subjects shape their world.
When I'm not teaching, you'll usually find me cooking, gardening, or spending time with my pets. I genuinely believe science can inspire a lifelong sense of curiosity and wonder, and I'm so excited to help my students discover that.
