Community Assets
Building positive relationships with school stakeholders is not only a fun process, but also one that I know I cherish. Thus, being part of a community is fundamental. Since this process is also necessary for professionalism, strategies in
place are vital. As I know that radical transparency assists in foreknowledge and responsibility (Young,2023), conferencing and keeping in touch with stakeholders to have this kind of arrangement in line will be something to be secured first. Other strategies I integrate include attending educational showcases, community events,
building friendships, and keeping up to date with the community as a whole.
