I am a graduate of the College of Arts & Sciences at Florida State University. There, I received my Bachelor's in English with a focus on Creative Writing and a minor in Film Studies. Since graduation, I have worked as an After-School Enrichment instructor at Buck Lake Elementary, where I not only play sports and do arts and crafts with my students but also teach classes for ASL (as I chose to learn ASL as my required language at FSU). However, I am most passionate about teaching English, Reading, and Writing. Growing up with a stutter, I learned at a very young age how important it is for an instructor to be both patient and kind when encouraging/teaching their students. This is why I pride myself on being an extremely patient instructor who is also highly enthusiastic about their students' learning.
