I am passionate about helping students because I believe that all students should have a positive experience with education and develop a love to learn. I have loved the experience of watching students improve their understanding of challenging concepts and gain confidence in their abilities.
I have over a year of experience tutoring and teaching students of all ages in subjects such as Spanish, English, Phonetics, Syntax, and Reading.
I hold Bachelor's degrees in Linguistics and International Studies with an additional major in Spanish from the University of Oklahoma.
My teaching philosophy is to create a positive and engaging environment, following the student's lead and tailoring my teaching to their learning style.
I enjoy reading, practicing my Portuguese, and trying new restaurants.

Undergraduate Degree: University of Oklahoma Norman Campus - Bachelor in Arts, Linguistics
I am deeply interested in language, I studied linguistics at my university hope to learn more languages in the future, as of now I speak Spanish and am working on Portuguese! I also aspire to continue travelling and seeing more of the world. I have mainly spent time in Montevideo, Uruguay and San José, Costa Rica, and hope to travel to Brazil next!
