Hi! My name is Savannah, and I'm an ESL/ESOL and CLEP tutor here at Varsity Tutors. I'm excited to dive into language learning with you!
My main goal in teaching is to make learning both fun and interesting. I've studied languages too, including American Sign Language, French, and Greek, so I know that learning a new language can be challengingbut very rewarding! The most success I've had with languages is by making the learning process interesting and exciting.
My favorite part of language learning is that it helps you get to know different cultures, communities, and make new friends. It's a really fun journey!
A little bit about me: I'm from the United States, and I've traveled to Southeast Asia before. I have my undergraduate degree in biology, and am a certified ESOL instructor. I also love cats and dogs! I have a Siamese cat and a golden retriever named Mabel.
