I received dual Bachelor's degrees in Philosophy and Psychology from Arizona State University, and I am currently just several months from completing a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Once I've finished my Masters I have plans to teach. Naturally, I believe one of the best ways to improve your own capacity for learning is to teach. It may be a cliche to say that 'teachers learn from their students' or teachers learn by teaching', but I really believe it's true! Even if it's a topic you think you already know, everyone comes to "know" something a little differently, and you never know how just subtle differences in the words someone else uses to explain something might lead to a new or better understanding (or maybe just a better way of explaining), and that goes for the teacher and for the student.

I am currently working on building eye-tracking/pupillometry software tools for research and clinical uses related to health and psychology. I also am helping make a video game. The game is based on a physics engine depicting the theory of relativity, so I have familiarity with topics related to this.
