Living in a world, many times we forget the value of our life, our body, our brain. We, the humans, aren't just a walking, talking organism relying on each other for our sustenance; rather,
we are a complex, marvellous creation, engrained with the ability to learn, unlearn, and relearn.
To even comprehend how meticulous everything works in our bodies regardless of new bacteria developing, stronger viruses evolving, intrigues-even somewhat scares me. It is this very intrigue that propelled me to choose Medicine and Surgery as a career option. A constant interplay of knowledge that I absorbed from classrooms and the
practical experiences at various medical institutions and clinical rotations, have helped me imbibe quintessential skills, thus helping me confirm my interest as a future field of study.
As a going to be MS3 medical student, I do believe I have developed thorough knowledge of foundational preclinical, and para clinical subjects. Furthermore, I am more than equipped to be able to teach high school and college level biology. Given my background of debating, I strongly believe I am a capable and vocal communicator, who will be able to understand the need of a student and teach accordingly. With the adept ability to balance academics whilst indulging in a tutoring role and still show perseverance and determination in the work I do, I hope I have been able to prove I will add value to your organisation.
